What does this mean for New Orleans?

I’m tired of this question.

It’s a football game, people. A sport that barely anyone in the world plays. Let’s not get carried away and a lot of the celebrating wasn’t done by folks that were pictured on top of houses during the height of Katrina.

Or is it just me?

Sins of the Father

ESPN did a story on Rae Carruth’s son who was born before his mother was murdered a decade ago. They interview the shooter, as well as the grandmother of the boy who is raising him. It’s moving stuff.

President’s Questions. I’m impressed with whoever greenlit this from the President’s team. I mean, the GOP is trying to spin it how they’re spinning it, but for a sitting President a year into his term to go into the cauldron of the opposition — especially one criticized by these folks as an empty suit — takes guts.

I just thought it was well done and I don’t know if we’ve seen anything like in a long while.
